Examination

Students must have to appear in the following Examination in an Academic Year:
a) Test Examination-I
b) Test Examination-II
c) Pre-Final Examination
d) Final Examination.

Certificate of Progress

Certificate of Progress will be sent to the guardian after each of the Examination.

Laboratory

The Academy has four laboratories for the Dept of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology & Botany riches with all Apparatus & Chemicals for the respective discipline, confined to Audio-Visual practical classes.

Academic Library

The Library has large collections of books subjected to science stream. It has also some collections of Periodical Publications pertaining to Medical & Engineering Entrance Examination. Some of the daily News Papers & Weekly Magazines are also supplied to the students. The Library also houses Internet facility, Printing of the net based resources, and Xerox for the bonafide users.

Scholarship Programmes

Special Scholarships are provided to the poor meritorious students. The Academy also supports the students to get some of the Government & Non-Government Scholarship Programmes.
N.B. : The authority has declared the Scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) for the students of this Academy for rank holders in H.S Final Examination under AHSEC.

Magazine

An Academic Magazine is published annually for the students to provide a great opportunity for readings & writings. One Wall-Magazine is also published every year on the topic of Science.

Students' Aid Fund

The fund provides financial assistance to poor meritorious students.

Alumni Association

The college has an alumni association with its permanent office in the college campus. It holds periodic meetings to keep in touch with the alumni. The college appeals to all ex-students to join the alumni association and to contact with the close tuch of their alma mater.

Student’s Union

Students' Union is an elected body of the students. The authority offers all kinds of assistance and co-operation to the Union so that they can execute the welfare schemes.

Games & Sports

Games & Sports are the integral part of education. Hence the Academy provides the proper atmosphere for the students to develop their proficiency in this field.

Future Academic Programmes

The authority plans to start BSc Major Courses in the existing disciplines in the near future.

Hostels

The Academy has two boys hostels and two girls hostels seperately with the accomodation of 100 students.

Hostel Facilities

a) Pure drinking & running water
b) One / Two bedded room.
c) Table, Bed & Fan will be provided.
d) One daily newspaper.
e) 24 hours service of Electricity.
f) Nutritious food

Hostel Study Hours

Morning : 2 hours daily & Evening : 4 hours daily
N.B: Students will have to follow the guide-lines strictly operated by the Warden.

Student’s Code of Conduct

1. Uniform is mandatory inside the campus.
2. Students must carry their Identity Card and would have to produce it when asked for. In case of loss or damage, the authority should be informed immediately.
3. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited by law.
4. The Academic Campus is a No Smoking, No Tobacco Zone.
5. All the students should read the notice board regularly.
6. Students should not be indulged in any kind of misconduct and indiscipline inside or outside the campus.
7. A minimum attendance of 90% is essential for the students to sit in the Examination.
8. Use of Mobile Phone inside the Academic Campus is strictly prohibited.
